National Counterterrorism Center Director Visits UT-Austin

On April 4, 2023, National Counterterrorism Center Director Christine Abizaid visited The University of Texas at Austin for a public talk on “Countering Terrorism in an Era of Great Power Competition.” After her remarks, she participated in a moderated discussion with ISP Senior Fellow Paul Pope and fielded questions from UT students in the audience. The event was sponsored by the Strauss-Clements Intelligence Studies Project, Strauss Center for International Security and Law, and Clements Center for National Security, in partnership with the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
