NGA 2018 Student Internship Program

The Intelligence Studies Project, a joint venture of the Strauss and Clements Centers, is glad to announce the opening of student internship opportunities with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. 

NGA is committed to their relationship with students, and are looking for bright, eligible scholars from UT Austin to fill internship roles for the summer semester of 2018. Click here to read more about the NGA internship descriptions. 

Eligibility Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to obtain a top secret security clearance
  • Cumulative G.P.A of 3.0 or higher

UT Austin’s Application Period: 1 JUN – 1 AUG

A complete application package includes the following documents:

  • Referral form (referrals must come from UT Austin affiliates)
  • Resume
  • Unofficial transcripts

Complete packages should be submitted to studentprograms@nga.mil by the student’s referring UT Austin affiliate. Once deemed eligible, students are notified by email to submit an on-line application at www.intelligencecareers.gov/NGA and complete a HireVue interview (link provided).
