National Security Career Fair

On Monday, September 12, 2022 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM, the Clements Center for National SecurityStrauss Center for International Security and Law, and Clements-Strauss Intelligence Studies Project, in partnership with Texas Career Engagement and the LBJ School of Public Affairs hosted the University of Texas at Austin’s annual National Security Career Fair at the Etter-Harbin Alumni Center. The event was open to all UT students and the general public. 

Over 20 federal, state, and private employers from the national security and intelligence enterprise participated, including:

The career fair was held in conjunction with “From 9/11 to Great Power Competition: Current National Security Challenges,” an event with keynote remarks from Congressman Michael McCaul, Ranking Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and The Honorable Brett Holmgren, Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence and Research, and a panel discussion with UT-affiliated national security experts.
