On Friday, November 30, 2018, the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law, the Clements Center for National Security, and the Intelligence Studies Project were honored to hold the Fifth Annual Texas National Security Forum on “The Return of Great Power Competition.”
This year’s forum featured a keynote panel with Senator Richard Burr, Senator Mark Warner, and Senator John Cornyn of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, as well as a keynote address by Senator Ben Sasse of the Armed Services Committee.
