On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, the Clements Center for National Security<\/a>, the Strauss Center for International Security and Law<\/a>, and the Strauss-Clements Intelligence Studies Project hosted \u201cThe War in Ukraine:\u00a0On the Battlefield, in the Kremlin, and in the Courtroom.\u201d Ambassador Clint Williamson, Lead Coordinator of the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group (ACA) for Ukraine, gave keynote remarks on \u201cInvestigating Russian War Crimes: Ukraine\u2019s Quest for Justice.\u201d<\/strong> General Vince Brooks, U.S. Army, Ret., Former Commander, United Nations Command\/ Combined Forces Command\/United States Forces Korea, Susan Colbourn, Associate Director of the Triangle Institute for Security Studies, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, Simon Miles, Assistant Professor of Slavic and Eurasian Studies, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University, Mark Pomar, Senior National Security Fellow,\u00a0Clements Center for National Security, participated in a panel discussion on \u201cRussia\u2019s War in Ukraine:\u00a0Where Does it Stand?
