National Security and Counterterrorism Fellowship

The McCain Institute for International Leadership recently announced that it is accepting applications for its inaugural National Security and Counterterrorism Fellowship for the 2019-2020 academic year.

The program is designed and led by Nicholas Rasmussen— former director of the National Counterterrorism Center and a Senior National Security Fellow at UT’s Intelligence Studies Project, Clements Center for National Security, and Strauss Center for International Security and Law.
