The PRP was led by ISP Director Steve Slick and Clements Center Executive Director Will Inboden. The students briefed the report’s findings and recommendations to PD/DNI Stephanie O’Sullivan, DIRNSA Adm. Michael Rogers, and other IC officials during a May 2016 visit to Washington, D.C.
